If you feel fed up and under stimulated in your current role then it could be time for a change. The issue is that whilst doing a full time job finding time to do a job search can seem impossible. Many people end up stuck in stressful jobs demotivated and feeling trapped however there is something that you can do.

First you need to make time over a weekend to update your CV and write a cover letter that talks about what you’d have to offer your idea role and how your past experience would translate into similar roles.

Then contact just a few recruitment agents, sending them your CV and asking whether they have anything on their books at the moment that they think would suit your skill set.

This is a much quicker way of looking for suitable roles than trailing through random job sites and can be much more effective.
