Teaching is a career considered to be easy by many people, many people fail to understand that this career tend to be hectic in some ways, it becomes very difficult to engage different students with different levels of understanding, therefore developing teaching skills is vital to every teacher.
The primary skill to have is management of time, many teachers fail to finish their set syllabus all because at one point they mismanaged their time, properly organised work safe time in long-run.
Being resourceful to the students is another teaching skill that the teachers need to have in mind; the students should have access to the relevant studying materials on time. Some lessons could be so boring to a vast number of students, the teacher should I identify better ways of cheering up the students in class by raising some jokes and planning for such lessons in the morning when the students are most likely active, this are some of developing skills to acquire.
